The R3 Resort, an iconic LGBTQ+ playground in Guerneville, is up for sale at $ million. For decades, this lively haven has been the lifeblood of the Russian River community, offering a place where everyone can truly be themselves.
The resort spans 10, square feet on a acre lot and features 23 guest units. Built in , it retains its distinctive U-shaped layout with a main bar and pool area, perfect for the legendary Sluggish Bear Week festivities and spontaneous kingly performances that characterize its spirited environment.
The sale is managed by Steven Gerry of Compass in San Francisco, a real estate forwarder with national clout in the resort market, and longtime River agent Bob Young.

I assume it's time to pass that baton to somebody fresh, and they can really bring some life into things. They’re trying to find the right buyer.”
